QST QST QST - VOLUNTEER COMMUNICATORS NEEDED!

The Humboldt Auxiliary Communications Team is a volunteer unit of the Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office of Emergency Services, comprised of hams who are interested in serving their community using amateur radio. AuxComm meets monthly at a regular meeting, and also participates in local and regional exercises.

More information about AuxComm and membership requirements, including a link to the application form, can be found at the official Sheriff’s site https://humboldtgov.org/3202/Auxiliary-Communications-Team.

Humboldt AuxComm also has its own site at https://humboldtauxcomm.org/ (membership is required to access parts of the site).

You can also contact David KN6CEH at david.boyd@humboldtauxcomm.org or Peter W6IES at pesko@suddenlink.net for more information.
